We recommend you take the time to register your important birthday, anniversary, special occasion dates so we can send you a friendly reminder in advance so you can be prepared and buy that all important gift.

When you place an order on Xclusive Treats, the transaction takes place over a secure server and your order is placed directly with the supplier themselves. A copy of the order and delivery information is sent directly to each supplier, so they can wrap and dispatch your item. All items will require a signature on receipt. Each supplier operates under their own terms and conditions for the product they supply.

You can find all supplier return and delivery information on each product page and in each suppliers individual profile. Please be aware there are a number of our suppliers that hand-make their products to order, be sure to check delivery time scales, we don’t want you to be disappointed if it’s a gift for short notice.

If you are buying an experience you will receive a voucher directly from Xclusive Treats, however you may receive additional information directly from the supplier. Once you receive your voucher you will need to book your experience with the operator directly, you will receive their contact details on the voucher. Depending upon their customer services policy they may contact you directly to make the booking.
